Vendor FAQ:

A) Can I sell food?
All food vendors must comply with the NYC Food Safety Guidelines including the proper disposal of cooking oil.  You must apply for a 'Food Protection License' from the Department of Health

B) Are tables available for Vendors?
Vendors may bring their own tables or rent them for $5/day

C) Vendors planning to sell at flea markets often can apply for a Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
